Requirements for Success

  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of total work history, with professional sales experience or a 4-year college degree preferred.
    • Minimum High School Degree or equivalent.
    • Ability to complete a background check within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
    • Ability to provide 3 professional references for a reference check.
    • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a hard-wired Internet connection and download speed above 10 Mbps / upload speed above 5 Mbps.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in making high-volume sales calls, with a proven track record of success.
    • Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9, or other call center software.
    • Previous experience working in a remote or home office environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
