As a Loan Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for marketing and making outbound phone calls to leads, primarily real estate investors who need funding for non-owner occupied properties, including fix and flip or fix and keep for rentals, as well as some commercial lending.

- Make outbound phone calls to leads who have already received some information by direct mail or email
- Provide information about our products and services, highlighting the benefits and value we offer to real estate investors
- Qualify leads and set appointments with potential clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process

A small loan of only $75,000 will net a commission of over $550.00, with larger loans ranging from $150,000 to $300,000, resulting in commissions of $1,125 to $2,250. The goal is to close a minimum of 2 loans per week, with the potential to earn a significant income.
