Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Internship program at Delta is designed to provide students with practical, real-world experiences that challenge them both personally and professionally. As an intern on the Digital Flight Attendant Experience team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital solutions that enhance the flight attendant experience and ultimately improve customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing operational duties to support the FA Digital Experience objectives (approximately 50% of your time)
- Working on project work with App Product Owners (approximately 30% of your time)
- Observing and collecting Flight Attendant feedback (approximately 20% of your time)
- Monitoring Flight Attendant SkyHub pages and responding to feedback requests
- Gathering and analyzing data for various projects
- Creating training material and developing tools/websites to improve processes and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

- Be currently enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year university
