Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Global Assignment Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Global Account Coordination Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support throughout the full cycle of relocation assignments, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Relocation Assignment Support: Provide support for the full cycle of relocation assignments for both Relocation and Cross-cultural programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Data Entry and Set-up: Set up new assignments and provide data entry support to ensure accurate and efficient processing of client information.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for new client requests, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates on assignment progress.
  • Management Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Management Team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as required by the Global Account Coordination Team, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a relocation or intercultural services setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software an asset.

Preferred Qualifications
