Job Summary

As a Maintenance and Operations Laborer at Cargill, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities. This includes troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting preventative maintenance, and making repairs as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and make repairs as needed
• Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of equipment and facilities
• Assist with maintenance projects and repairs, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work
• Work collaboratively with maintenance team members to identify and address equipment problems

Requirements and Qualifications
