Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus, but not required; we're willing to train the right candidate.
