Job Summary

As a Logistic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing logistical support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth flow of packages and shipments. You will work in a remote setting, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in quick and demanding tasks in a warehouse environment, such as loading, unloading, and categorizing packages of different weights and sizes.
  • Part-time employees are assigned to complete one work shift each day, while full-time employees are assigned to complete two.
  • The length of shifts for full-time employees can vary from 6 to 10 hours, and this is usually influenced by the volume of packages being processed.
  • Receiving extra pay for working more than 40 hours in a week.
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth flow of packages and shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Logistic Support Specialist, you will need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
