Job Responsibilities

As an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you'll play a multifaceted role, contributing to the success of our students, team members, and center. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Student Assessments and Learning Plans: Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing personalized learning plans.
• Sales and Enrollment: Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads, enrolling students, and building relationships with families.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating student progress and building trust with families.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Student Progress Management: Monitor and manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed as an Assistant Math Learning Center Director, you'll need:
