Responsibilities • Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic visibility • Create and manage high-performing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns • Develop compelling presentations, PowerPoint decks, and pricing proposals for client meetings • Follow up with qualified leads through strategic email campaigns and nurture prospects through the sales funnel • Maintain and enhance website functionality while implementing keyword strategies • Organize and track all sales activities, leads, and marketing initiatives for maximum efficiency • Provide comprehensive administrative support for sales and marketing operations • Collaborate directly with the CEO to align marketing efforts with business objectives Skills • Proven experience with SEO techniques, keyword research, and optimization best practices • Proficiency with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) • Strong presentation skills and advanced PowerPoint/document creation abilities • Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence and lead follow-up • Experience with website maintenance, CMS platforms, and basic web updates • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in close collaboration with a CEO • Administrative experience supporting sales teams and marketing functions Benefits • Permanent work-from-home arrangement • Immediate hiring Company Overview • BruntWork builds cost-effective, efficient and scalable operational teams for businesses wanting to grow fast and effectively.
