Payroll, Benefits and People Administrator
Description:
• This is a remote position.
• Work for ForceMultiply, a premier BPO and management consulting firm.
• Assist with key administrative functions within Payroll, Benefits, HR, and People Operations.
• Focus on payroll audits, expense management, and data integrity.
• Ideal for detail-oriented candidates with strong organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Must-Have:
• US-based client experience
• Experience in payroll administration, audits, or HR operations (prior experience with payroll/expense platforms a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive data accurately
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and audits
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience handling confidential employee data with discretion
• Nice-to-Have:
• Familiarity with payroll systems (Gusto, Deputy) and expense platforms (e.g., Fyle)
• Experience with HRIS, ATS (e.g., Greenhouse), and other HR platforms
• Basic knowledge of Slack, Gmail admin functions, and IT coordination.
