About the position Responsibilities • Collaborate with company leaders to reputed company and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools. • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reputed company candidates. • Work with hiring managers to understand reputed company needs and create effective job descriptions. • Maintain reputed company recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience. • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. • Conduct reputed company-employment screenings, reference checks, and background investigations. • Ensure compliance with reputed company best practices and applicable employment laws. • Support HR policies and employee retention programs. • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
