A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury is required. OUR REQUIREMENTS: • Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery • PERSONAL INJURY experience • Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process • Drafting Discovery Responses • Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence • Drafting and Filing reputed company Motions and reputed company Responses • Calendaring litigation timelines • Conducting status update calls with clients • reputed company update calls • Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests • Assist in trial preparation.
