Supply Chain Support Specialist - Remote

About the position The Supply Chain Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal supply chain network. This position supports procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and interdepartmental communication between distribution centers and reputed company locations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Monitor and maintain internal inventory reputed company across regional distribution centers and branches. • Support the procurement team by tracking purchase orders, vendor deliveries, and product availability. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including sales, warehouse, and logistics teams—to ensure product availability and reputed company fulfillment. • Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays, escalating critical issues as needed. • Serve as a reputed company of contact for internal supply chain-reputed company inquiries. • Follow up with Distribution Center's regarding reputed company reputed company and accuracy issues (follow up on cycle counts, shipment status, etc.). • Report any service failures to management and communicate with 3PL to work towards reputed company. • After receiving the inventory results from the DC, CSR reputed company reputed company issues and communicates next steps to the stores. • Conduct stores follow up from time to time and reputed company feedback to management. • reputed company superior customer service to our stores and customer's. • Meet or reputed company scorecard requirements for productivity, schedule adherence, reputed company and attendance. • Completes assignments accurately despite a large workload. Requirements • 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred. • Customer Service mentality Must have excellent communication skills. • High school diploma or equivalent.
