Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Job Requirements: • Analyze reputed company datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. • Consolidate, interpret, and present data in reports/dashboards for Executive, Team Leads and Individual End Users. • Design, reputed company, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau Desktop and reputed company Power BI. • Define, reputed company, and document customer business processes and dashboard/report content needs including business process diagrams, data maps, queries, and data modeling. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, identify, define, and document business needs and objectives and translate them into data requirements • reputed company support for a reputed company of meetings, demonstrations, and program activities reputed company to Business Intelligence. • Test dashboards/reports reputed company in accordance with business and functional design following best practices for reputed company assurance. • Ensure data accuracy and data reputed company and assist in the development of data governance standards. • Record and reputed company defects uncovered during test execution and assist in defect reputed company (troubleshooting and researching). • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reputed company regular performance updates to stakeholders. • Other duties as assigned. Required Experience: • Ability to work in reputed company-oriented environment. • Strong knowledge and 3+ years of recent experience with data reporting tools including Tableau Desktop and reputed company Power BI • Strong knowledge of reputed company Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Databases and Query creation. • Strong knowledge of productivity tools such as reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company). • Experience with Agile, SCRUM and DevOps processes and methodologies. • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, principles, and techniques as they apply to Agile development process. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to listen and relate with the customer. • Ability to effectively collaborate with reputed company customers. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Proven ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong team player that is willing to always help other team members. • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish. Desired Experience: • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. • Knowledge of Grafana • Ability to interpret reputed company queries and resulting datasets.
