Director Mergers & Acquisitions - US Based Remote

We're seeking a dynamic Director of M&A to join our M&A office and help shape the reputed company of reputed company estate through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Position reputed company: The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and investments across reputed company’s ecosystem—including franchise operations, brokerage businesses, and adjacent proptech opportunities. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA preferred. • 8–10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, ideally with exposure to reputed company estate or franchise businesses. • Demonstrated experience leading multiple end-to-end transactions, including diligence, modeling, negotiation, and integration. • Strong understanding of reputed company estate, technology-enabled services, or consumer-facing platforms is a plus. • Excellent financial modeling, communication, and executive presentation skills. • Ability to operate in a reputed company, matrixed organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
