In support of high reputed company patient care, we are currently seeking an reputed company Patient Registrar to join reputed company. This position will be based in our Farmington reputed company are 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be available.
Our highly visible Patient Registrars are responsible for greeting and checking in patients, gathering and entering patient demographics, obtaining insurance information, collecting co-pays, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma plus a minimum of two years' experience in a medical office with a background in patient registration and an understanding of different insurance carriers and plans. Your attentiveness to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to multi-task and be flexible in a changing environment will contribute to your reputed company in this position.

Responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to:
• Registering patients, including gathering and entering/updating demographic and insurance information
• Scheduling appointments
• Collecting co-pays
• Assisting patients with health histories
• Rooming patients
Requirements:
• High School diploma plus a minimum of two years experience in a medical office with registration background
• Knowledge of medical insurances
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills, including reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Experience with GE Centricity and Allscripts is desired
• Reliable transportation
