Remote Recruiter- Part-Time in Illinois

The reputed company Dental Laboratory, founded in 1937, is a family owned and operated business located in reputed company, IL, and is seeking candidates for the position of Remote Recruiter-PT, located in Illinois. This position will be a great reputed company to our reputed company HR Team and reports to our HR Manager. Position reputed company: The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates for a reputed company of positions from entry-level roles to reputed company dental technicians. This position will support reputed company activities to ensure a smooth and reputed company experience for new hires. This is a part-time role (up to 30 hours per week) with some flexibility in scheduling. Candidates must be located in IL and willing to travel to reputed company, IL 1-2 times per year. Primary Responsibilities: • Initiate requisition approval process with leadership • Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand position requirements • Post and manage reputed company on reputed company • Screen and evaluate resumes to identify reputed company candidates • Schedule and conduct initial video screens to assess qualifications and fit • reputed company candidates for specialized roles, including reputed company dental technicians • Present reputed company candidates to hiring managers and schedule in-person interviews • Create and deliver (verbally and reputed company email) candidate offer letters • Support reputed company of new hires, including preparing documents, coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring compliance requirements are met • reputed company a reputed company candidate experience and new hire experience throughout the hiring and reputed company process. • Other duties as needed Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • 5+ years of experience in reputed company, reputed company or dental industry experience a plus • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with reputed company and other reputed company tools • Experience supporting reputed company a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively • Highly organized, self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote setting Schedule: Part-Time M-F, not to reputed company 30 hours per week, some flexibility on daily hours We will reputed company the reputed company reputed company Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the reputed company (DHS), with information from reputed company new employee’s reputed company I-9 to confirm work authorization.
