Global Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing Lead
Description:
• The Global Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing Lead oversees the sourcing strategy for Yum Global Supply Chain by developing and implementing a global sourcing policy which ensures adherence to all existing ESG commitments.
• The Global Supply Chain Responsible Sourcing Lead will drive impact across the business by supporting the organization to become leaders in building a sustainable supply chain and partnering with global category management teams to build continuous improvements in sustainability objectives through category strategies.
Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain management or related field in the food / beverage industry
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain management, including procurement, planning and logistics
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and best practices, with experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies & goals
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and influence key stakeholders across the business
