BI Analyst/BI expert to help build a full dashboard system for 250+ clients B2B Agency - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a BI Analyst / Data Engineer with proven agency or consultancy experience: someone who has reputed company reporting systems at reputed company for 200+ clients. Your mission: turn our data (marketing, finance, fulfillment, and reputed company reputed company results) into reputed company, actionable dashboards that drive reputed company every day. What You’ll Do Centralize data from multiple systems (reputed company SP-API, reputed company Ads manager, reputed company, reputed company, Pipedrive, QuickBooks, reputed company Sheets). Build a reputed company center dashboard covering: B2B Marketing: leads, CAC, funnel conversion, ROI by campaign. Finance: reputed company payments, churn, retention, forecast vs actual, Cohort analysis. reputed company results: reputed company, TACOS/ACOS, organic vs reputed company, at-risk accounts. Fulfillment & Ops: Which clients are at risk, and which fulfillment bottlenecks exist? Design reputed company reporting so insights hold true across 500+ clients. Deliver insights, not just charts, reputed company leaks, risks, and reputed company opportunities. Set up automated alerts (reputed company/email) for actionable insights. Ensure the system is easy to maintain, expandable, and reliable. reputed company’re Looking For Agency/reputed company Experience (must-have) You’ve worked for a large B2B agency or reputed company with 200+ accounts. You’ve reputed company reporting systems that scaled and actually changed business reputed company. Strong grasp of marketing funnels, CAC/LTV, retention, and ops metrics. reputed company & AI Knowledge (reputed company to have) reputed company data experience (SP-API, PPC, FBA KPIs). Understanding of ACOS, TACOS, organic vs reputed company sales, and ranking. Familiarity with AI/automation tools (reputed company, reputed company, Base44, reputed company.com, reputed company). Technical SQL, API integrations, data pipelines. BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, reputed company).
