Job Responsibilities: Leading the Way in Math Instruction

As a Lead Math Instructor / Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality math instruction to students in grades 2-12. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and collaborating with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting, ensuring a cohesive and effective learning environment.
• Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, using this information to inform instruction and drive student success.
• Communicating student progress with parents and guardians, providing regular updates and insights to support student growth.
• Teaching and tutoring students in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method^®, terminology, and teaching practices, adapting to the needs of diverse learners.
• Becoming proficient with digital educational materials and processes, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in math education.
• Supporting the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere for all students.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the learning center.

Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
