Lowe's Pro Renovations is a dedicated business unit within Lowe's, focused on providing comprehensive renovation solutions to homeowners and professionals. Our team works closely with customers, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to project completion. As an LPR Project Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our renovation projects, leveraging your sales, construction, and communication skills to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opportunity Review and Site Walks: Review submitted opportunities for viability, conduct site walks to identify project scope, product needs, and installation service opportunities, and partner with account owners to address concerns.
  • Bid Preparation and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive bid packets based on site walk details, installer inputs, and customer selections, and present bids for signature and execution.
  • Pre-Construction Conferences: Host pre-construction conferences with customers, installers, and the LPR Virtual Support team to ensure aligned project scheduling and execution.
  • Project Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate project profitability and viability, and conduct post-mortem conversations with key stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Experience and Support: Leverage defined systems and processes to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and support peers and leaders with other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an LPR Project Representative, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships
  • 1-2 years of construction experience, with a sales background and knowledge of blueprints, technical skills, and construction processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present bids and negotiate with customers
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:

  • Experience in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with Lowe's systems and processes
  • Certifications or training in sales, construction, or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A salary range of $70,400 - $117,400 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
