About the Role
As the Manager of Strategic Relationship Management, you'll be responsible for overseeing the execution of our client servicing strategy, driving revenue growth, and building strong partnerships with our global clients. You'll work closely with our Director of Client Management to own the customer relationship and provide regional oversight of the Americas. This role requires a strategic leader with a focus on analytics, program optimization, and innovative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Client Leadership: Serve as the global point person for all operations issues, working closely with the Manager of Global Operations to resolve operations issues and opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with clients to develop and administer both long-term and short-term operations business and/or project plans and central initiatives.
- Program Optimization: Support the enhancement of client programs through consultation, technology road mapping, and optimizing online servicing solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Synthesize competitive intelligence to understand future implications for clients and proactively communicate trends, innovations, and standard processes to internal partners and leadership.
- Risk Management: Proactively recognize risks to the partnership, identify an action plan, and coordinate mitigating actions with Traveler Care Leaders.
- Data-Driven Insights: Deliver a data-driven, analytical approach to client travel programs in a consultative manner as the subject matter expert.
- Business Reviews: Lead annual/quarterly global business reviews to optimize customer experience.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 5 years of global operational and travel industry experience.
- Proven success in global account/client management, operational, finance, or procurement experience.
- Strong business and financial skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve targets.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and develop strategies, build action plans, and set goals.
- A sophisticated range of communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced software skills, including MS Office and Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:
- Previous large market/multinational client/global experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business travel service delivery, strategic meetings management, and client management.
- Working knowledge of business travel service delivery technology/tools and processes.
- T&E Industry Knowledge and travel program on-boarding experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for:
- Annual Incentive Award plan.
- Metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans.
- Awards under the company Equity Incentive Plan.
- Comprehensive US benefits programs, including health and welfare insurance plans, retirement programs, and more.
