Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and effective communication
- Work with confidential customer information and maintain sensitivity and discretion
- Resolve customer issues proactively and efficiently, aiming to resolve issues on the first call
- Communicate effectively with customers, de-escalate issues when necessary, and escalate interactions when required
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our customer service processes
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Must be over 18 years of age
While not mandatory, having 6 months of customer service experience will be considered a significant advantage.
