Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced movers and laborers to join our team. As a mover or laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that their belongings are handled with care and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with your team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all moves are completed safely and efficiently
• Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a thorough walk-through of their home or business to identify any special requirements or concerns
• Load and unload a 26-foot moving truck, ensuring that all items are properly secured and protected during transit
• Complete all necessary paperwork and payment collection, maintaining accurate and detailed records of each move
• Safely operate the moving truck and perform daily inspections and inventory checks to ensure that all equipment is in good working order
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a courteous and respectful manner

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old for movers and 21 years old for drivers due to insurance restrictions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Good work ethic and a positive, professional attitude
• Access to reliable transportation
• Physical stamina to lift and carry 100 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and random drug screens

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in general labor positions, such as truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse labor
• Previous experience in the moving industry or a related field
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
