Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to fill a faculty position in our Department of Hematology. The successful candidate will participate in patient care and clinical/translational research, focusing on non-malignant pediatric blood disorders, including but not limited to sickle cell disease, coagulation, bone marrow failure, and general pediatric non-malignant blood disorders. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and participate in the management of patients with non-malignant pediatric blood disorders
• Develop and maintain a clinical and translational research program, with a focus on non-malignant hematology

• Participate in the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows
• Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this faculty position, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications:

• MD (or equivalent) degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatric hematology/oncology
• Clinical and research experience in non-malignant hematology, with a focus on areas such as sickle cell disease, coagulation, bone marrow failure, and general pediatric non-malignant blood disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
