Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Online Adjunct Instructor - Pharmacology Calculations to join our dynamic team. As an Online Adjunct Instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching and mentoring students in the field of pharmacology calculations. Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with students and supervising Deans or other University staff related to teaching and learning
• Provide feedback on student performance on a consistent basis throughout the course
• Be available for students via phone, email, and for individual appointments as needed for questions and academic assistance
• Respond to Dean/University staff in regards to performance, student issues/concerns, or items needed for faculty file/accreditation needs in a timely manner
• Demonstrate mastery and ability to articulate and relate to students in the field of pharmacology calculations
• Play an integral role in the development and implementation of curriculum and assessment for their area of expertise
• Attend events, programmatic meetings, and committee work as agreed upon and/or designated by the Dean

Essential Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacy Technician
• CPhT, RPh, or PharmD certification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of study
• 3+ years of related work experience in retail, hospital, or outpatient pharmacy post-licensure or credentialing
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, leadership, and peers
• Excellent written communication and strong verbal communication skills in the English language

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience preferred
• Experience with online learning platforms and technology
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
