About the Role

This role is a part of the HR Shared Services team, working as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial requests to fulfillment. As a Netflix Customer Service Representative, you will partner with local and global talent groups to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely manner. You will be expected to be independent, proactive, and possess excellent customer service skills, as well as top-notch stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Data Accuracy: Verify and maintain the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee structures and processes.
  • HR System Support: Assist with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, allowing employees to focus on delivering exceptional work.
  • Process Improvement: Research and implement new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across the Talent organization.
  • HR Knowledge Base Management: Help create, write, and manage the HR knowledge base for employees.
  • New Employee Services: Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services from pre-hire to offboarding.
  • Audits and Analysis: Perform system and testing audits as requested for data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and report results and discrepancies.

Essential Qualifications

  • Workday HCM Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with the Workday HCM tool.
  • Mass Uploads (EIB) Skills: Proven ability to work with Mass Uploads (EIB).
  • Project Management and Communication: Excellent project management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in spreadsheets/Excel.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on details and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR, Business, or IT Degree: A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Workday Data Analyst or HR Generalist Experience: Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as an HR Generalist is a plus.
  • Zendesk Experience: Experience with the Zendesk ticketing system is an advantage.
