Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Non-Clinical Information Technology Analyst at Workwarp, you'll play a critical role in optimizing scheduling processes and leveraging EPIC systems to drive efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and Scheduling Templates: Design, develop, and implement scheduling templates within the EPIC cadence environment to meet the needs of our healthcare professionals
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient scheduling processes and effective communication across departments
  • Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues related to scheduling templates, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions
  • Team Meetings and Strategy Development: Participate in team meetings to discuss scheduling strategies, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Non-Clinical Information Technology Analyst at Workwarp, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Hands-on Experience with EPIC Systems: Proven experience in building scheduling templates within the EPIC environment, with a strong understanding of EPIC systems and functionality
  • Availability and Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPIC Certification: EPIC certification is preferred but not required, with a willingness to obtain certification or pursue additional training as needed
  • Healthcare Technology Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare-related scheduling role or healthcare technology setting, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and challenges
  • Familiarity with Other Healthcare Technology Systems: Familiarity with other healthcare technology systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to navigate complex technical issues and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders
