The Role

As an Online Marketing Client Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our clients' email marketing campaigns and fostering strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and executing successful email marketing campaigns, with training provided to ensure your success
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Conducting video sales calls with clients, effectively communicating their needs to the marketing team, and breaking down information into actionable tasks
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, increasing revenue and expanding client relationships

Email Marketing Campaign Management

  • Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective email marketing strategies

Communication and Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate client needs to the marketing team, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Native-level English, both written and spoken
  • 30 mbps wifi speeds
  • The ability to hold a video sales call from a quiet location, on European business hours
  • A laptop
  • A phone able to support the latest version of Line2, Slack, Gmail, and WhatsApp Business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in online marketing, client management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices
