Job Description

As an E-Commerce Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and seamless order processing. This role combines customer interaction with order management to create a fulfilling and dynamic work environment. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving inquiries, and providing detailed product information across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers through phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries, process orders, and provide detailed product information, ensuring a high level of service excellence in every interaction.
  • Manage and track orders from placement through delivery, ensuring timely updates and accurate information are communicated to customers, and collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to troubleshoot order issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to refine processes and improve overall service quality, utilizing CRM systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company policies, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible service.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to take initiative, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment with ease.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably within an e-commerce or related industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively and empathetically.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations and customer service best practices.
  • A strong background in order fulfillment and logistics, with the ability to troubleshoot order issues and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other customer service software, with the ability to maintain accurate records and analyze customer feedback.
