As a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology. With over 5 million surveys received from clients annually across consumer, business, and provider areas, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for handling the VOC process, which includes designing and programming customer experience surveys in over 10 languages and more than 20 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, driving the development and maintenance of the new VOC methodology sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by Qualtrics.
- Develop and leverage knowledge of VOC methodologies to define and transform data within the Cornerstone Big Data Platform, designing and building robust data model architecture to aid in satisfying data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at various levels.
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem, powering consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency, working closely with partners from various teams to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end methodology.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel as a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you should possess:
- Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, along with development launch management and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks, spanning at least 3+ years.
- Active collaboration skills to work with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive innovation and transformation in data-driven processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a similar role or industry, with a deep understanding of VOC methodologies and big data technologies.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques, with the ability to apply these to drive business insights and decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
