Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and feedback to customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance customer service and sales techniques.
- Utilize data and metrics to inform coaching strategies and measure success.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with team leaders to align coaching with business objectives and Core Values.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service and/or call center operations. Intermediate proficiency in computer and office software is necessary, along with a keen attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
This part-time, remote position is scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm EST, and offers a competitive hourly rate of $13.00. You'll also be eligible for Paid Time Off, ensuring you have the time to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
