Key Responsibilities
- Field customer inquiries and respond to their concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues while adhering to company and departmental guidelines
- Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, providing support and resolving issues efficiently
- Provide recommendations and adjust policies as necessary to meet the needs of policy holders
- Collaborate with first-level representatives to advise on high-level issues and provide guidance on complex consumer issues
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
- Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Possess logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
- Be comfortable using desktop computer systems and have experience with Windows operating systems
- Have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
- Be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- Have an ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms (proof of internet speed required)
