Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be working remotely for a Fortune 500 company in the global healthcare industry. This is a temp-to-hire position with an opportunity for growth, offering a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour and a full benefits package upon permanent hire. You will be working on a 1st shift schedule, either 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all incoming issues and resolve them using smart customer-focused decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customer to research, resolve, and track customer issues regarding service failure, product returns, incorrect shipments, etc.
- Follow up on all outstanding tasks to ensure completion and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues before they can negatively impact the customer experience.
- Assist hospitals with product conversions and special reporting needs.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer telephone questions and concerns.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to practice proper phone and email etiquette. You should have previous customer service experience and be comfortable sitting in front of a computer for the majority of your shift. You should also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be comfortable training in Salesforce. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you should have basic skills with a moderate level of proficiency and be able to consult with senior peers on non-complex projects.
