About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) to join our team of game-changers at blithequark. As a customer service representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our healthcare clients, addressing their insurance-related needs, and delivering a positive and welcoming experience to members. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues and correcting or adjusting healthcare-related concerns
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs, maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player, using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member

Essential Qualifications

  • Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
