Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative role at blithequark is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and customers. As a key member of our team, you will interact directly with patients to influence generic utilization, therapy changes, answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and maintain our company's reputation for high-quality service. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapy to patients, with a goal of providing overall savings to patients and clients
  • Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring seamless patient care and support
  • Conduct numerous adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients are staying on their medications and remaining adherent and compliant to their therapies
  • Effectively handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information
  • Provide customer education, routine assessment, and problem identification, escalating issues to a pharmacist as needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, health care, reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing, processing of new referrals, and other relevant areas

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone
  • 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application
  • Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Must reside in the state of Nevada

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in a health care or pharmacy setting
  • Knowledge of insurance, health care, and reimbursement-related requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
