Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to passenger inquiries via online channels such as chat and email, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel requirements, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure prompt resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated and efficient customer experience, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with passengers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
  • Familiarity with airline systems and procedures is a plus, although training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a commitment to meeting business needs and ensuring seamless customer service.

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms used in the airline industry.
