Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Resourceful and confident personality traits, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers through live chat channels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
