Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone, providing information about our services and products, and resolving customer issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their concerns.
  • Quote prices for services offered by our retail locations and their partners, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide information regarding stores and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assess customers' needs and requirements to drive them into our stores, offering personalized solutions and support.
  • Take back-to-back calls for a full 8-hour shift, demonstrating your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
  • Use proprietary software programs to track calls, ensuring accurate and efficient management of customer interactions.
  • Utilize research skills to troubleshoot customer issues, providing proactive and effective solutions.
  • Provide proactive communication to internal and external customers, ensuring seamless and efficient communication.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.
  • At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience; previous experience in a similar industry preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented and collaborative, with a strong passion for customer service and communication.
  • Ability to connect to a modem/internet and work in a remote environment with stable high-speed internet.
  • Flexibility to work late shifts and weekends, including evenings and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with proprietary software programs and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
