Job Summary
As the Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator, you will oversee reviews of provider data to identify issues and ensure accuracy. You will also be responsible for resolving complex data issues, performing data exchanges, and maintaining provider data in our systems. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as at least five years of experience in a data management role. You should also be able to develop positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides functional support and performs data support and clean-up for data exchanges (essential to complex)
- Performs more complicated data exchanges and maintenance related to operations, developments, and new product implementations
- Works with different departments to ensure quality provider data to our members
- Maintains and updates provider segment and agreement data, including officially sensitive or complex exchanges, in fitting systems on the side of cases settlement and provider catalog
- Works cooperatively with inner/outside constituents to execute new organizations and complex authoritative courses of action
- Identifies, investigates, and directs main driver examinations (for example issue providers recognized by PST, patterns from routine PDS reviews) and teams up cross-practically inside the association to suggest process enhancements
- Directs and oversees reviews of provider data and heightens issues for goal as suitable
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of provider-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Provider Data Maintenance experience
- Past experience in a production environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CPB or EPDB knowledge
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects
- Demonstrated success in prioritizing work and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a high-speed environment
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with others to meet/surpass expectations
- Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications
