About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be working in a high-energy environment, handling inbound calls from customers, and providing solutions to their inquiries. You will be working with leading technologies and systems, and you will have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. If you excel at handling customer inquiries, are an active listener, and have a proven track record of hitting sales targets, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries of varying types and provide solutions to their problems
- Leverage probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized support
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet goals
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to manage customer interactions and data

Work Environment:
- Work from home opportunity with a flexible schedule (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)
- 8-hour per day shift, 5 days per week

Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Experience with sales and negotiation techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirements to Work from Home:
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster, the better!)
- In-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
