Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web, addressing billing, insurance, product, and service inquiries.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve customer questions, proactively identifying solutions to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical guidance is required.
  • Exceptional Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our pharmacy platform, ensuring they can access the resources they need.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Maintain adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring customer privacy and safety.

Requirements and Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Technical Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered for the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Healthcare Background: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Fast-Paced Work Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
