Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Processor at Blithequark, you will play a crucial role in our business processing operations, fielding client inquiries, and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work collaboratively as well as independently, continuously challenging yourself to discover your potential for greatness and advanced opportunity. This is a full-time remote position, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry with high accuracy, adhering to client requirements
- Manually identify and process various types of forms (MEDI)
- Classify documents based on client requirements
- Work on different tasks, including data entry, verification, MEDI, and other DE tasks, following established procedures and guidelines
- Work under close supervision, with the ability to problem-solve and remain self-guided
- Comply with company policies and standards
- Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate translation of information

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Pass a typing test with 40 wpm+
- Hold a high school diploma
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a working environment
- Possess basic PC/internet skills, including introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Be able to sit or stand for long periods
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and remain self-motivated
- Show excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Be detail-oriented and able to accurately translate information
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products
- Experience working in a remote environment
