Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Support Agent at Blithequark, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients across various industries, including travel, automotive, tax services, and entertainment. You will work from home, using your own computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats. Responsibilities

  • Participate in training and certification courses to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Provide excellent customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly attitude
  • Use your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and live chats
  • Commit to and follow through on working a minimum number of hours per week
  • Be accountable in all areas of work with Blithequark

Qualifications

Standard Requirements

  • Customer experience preferred but not required; excellent communication skills and positive attitude a must
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection
  • Demonstrate professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Skilled in spelling and grammar rules
  • Willing to submit to standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment
  • Willing to work hard and strive for high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Articulate with excellent command of the English language
  • 18 years old or older
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Reside in the US (not eligible for residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin)
  • Access to a smartphone for system verification required

  • Starting pay: $10/hour for a minimum of 40 hours per week; $8/hour for 25-40 hours per week
