Who You Are
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote MLS Service Desk Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Support team. Your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and your ability to effectively communicate with customers will help us maintain our position as a top contact center in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your expertise will enable you to resolve issues, provide solutions, and gather valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer care via phone, email, chat, and other platforms, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blithequark's products and services, including interactions with Operating Systems, Internet Browsers, and third-party software.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats, prioritizing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Identify and report system bugs, contributing to the development of new products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and concerns.
- Participate in testing new products and services, providing valuable feedback and insights.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs and documentation of customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product updates, releases, and industry developments.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills and proficiency with multiple browsers and Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide detailed documentation.
- Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented and achievement-focused, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- 1+ year of experience in real estate administration.
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience with technology products and services, particularly in the real estate industry.
