As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where your skills, ideas, and contributions are valued and recognized. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of provider data. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Offering functional support and performing data entry and cleanup for data exchanges (simple to complex) * Performing more complicated data exchanges and maintenance related to activities, developments, and new product implementations * Working with various departments to ensure high-quality provider data for our customers * Maintaining and updating provider segment and agreement data, including sensitive or complex exchanges, in relevant systems for claims settlement and provider catalog * Collaborating with internal and external constituents to implement new organizations and complex business arrangements * Identifying, investigating, and directing root cause analyses (e.g., issue providers identified by PST, patterns from routine PDS reviews) and working cross-functionally within the organization to suggest process improvements * Directing and overseeing reviews of provider data and escalating issues for resolution as necessary **Required Capabilities** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1-2 years of experience in a provider-related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel * Provider Data Maintenance experience * Previous production environment experience **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * CPB or EPDB knowledge * Strong verbal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks * Proven success in prioritizing work and performing multiple tasks in a high-speed environment * Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others to meet or exceed expectations * Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications * Demonstrated progress in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations **Education** A high school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. **Compensation and Benefits** The base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for this position falls within the range of $18.50 - $35.29. This pay range may vary based on factors such as experience, education, location, and other relevant variables. In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible for a blithequark reward, commission, or temporary incentive program.
