As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for: * Working directly with partners to identify charge information and innovation needs, define requirements, and oversee execution * Collaborating directly with data and programmers to design new data sources and tooling to fit the duty group's needs * Continuously challenging the status quo and exploring more intelligent and efficient ways of working * Managing complex issues using data for a large scope * Exploring emerging technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to drive innovative solutions * Participating in defining the organization's assessment information and automation guide * Working cross-functionally, start to finish, between our business front-end, design center, and accounting groups to ensure the integrity of our assessment information streams * Elevating the assessment group's understanding and use of automation technologies through group information sharing **We're Excited About You Because...** * You have a BA/BS degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field of study * You have experience managing large sets of financial data * You have 4+ years of experience in data and automation, with a focus on charge-related information experience * You have experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud * You have a strong background in running SQL queries * You have knowledge of innovation tools like Alteryx Desktop, Snowflake, Python * You have experience writing business requirements and testing to support large data projects * You have experience participating in the analysis and testing of new data sets * You have experience using various productivity programs (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google (G-sheets, docs, and slides)) * You stand out for your attention to detail and logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities * You're a self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently * You're interested in finding the right solution * You have excellent written and verbal communication skills * You have a strong sense of empathy and compassion for others **Nice to Have:** * Experience with AI, Measurable Investigation, Database, and ETL best practices * Knowledge of pre-processing languages and code review for accuracy * Alteryx Certified Associate * CMI, or CMI candidate **Why You'll Love Working at blithequark** * We're pioneers – Service isn't limited to our supervisory crew.
