Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service * Documenting consumer data into our secure web application * Providing educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a positive experience **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
