**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent on our Evening Shift team, you will be responsible for:
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding blithequark's products, services, and policies
* Troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
* Collaborating with other team members to address customer concerns and provide seamless support
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies to provide expert advice and support
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work the Evening Shift as specified in the job title
* Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail is a plus, but not required
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
