**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat
* Processing online orders and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and quality service delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
* Excellent customer service skills with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain focused on goals and objectives
* High energy and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and orally in a professional manner
* Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team, and possess strong organizational skills
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with online order processing systems and software
